Our diversely talented team hails from more than 17 different countries and brings together a wealth of international expertise and passion for creating resilient, transformative spaces. We offer a dynamic and stimulating studio environment, inclusive workplace culture, and the ability to engage in projects that meaningfully influence people, communities, and environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively research project opportunities and leads
- Manage the preparation of high‐quality, compliant proposals within strict deadlines
- Act as the primary contact for proposals internally and externally with procurement bodies, clients, consultants, and Directors
- Research, write, coordinate, and edit clear, persuasive, and tailored written content for proposals
- Layout InDesign file and create supporting graphic materials – org charts, workplan graphics, schedules
- Produce high calibre written and graphic materials for publications, award submissions, and business development initiatives
- Manage Revery’s marketing database of photographs, drawings, brochures, archives
- Take ownership of Revery’s website and social media content; update creatively, regularly, and in tandem with promotional strategy
- Assist with planning and preparation of materials for networking and promotional events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketing counterparts of clients, potential clients, consultants
- Research and keep current with social, technical, and aesthetic orientations of the architecture industry and of client sectors
About You
- Prior similar experience in an architectural, interior design, engineering, or other professional services firm
- Strong track record in preparing proposals and award submissions
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Expertise in InDesign
- Strong sense of graphics and ability to develop visually appealing materials
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize demands
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and quality requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Pro‐active attitude, natural curiosity, and ambition
- Result‐driven, adaptable, and able to offer solutions
- Eligible to legally work in Canada
